I do it myself mate, the reflective looking glass is where I like to be full on sometimes
Usally when I'm hungry. This freq occurs, as I've recently learnt to neurodivesre people, like myself that may have difficulties regulating thier diet. So, in reflection, I defo just often sit there for hours on end simply starving hungry, but not realising it. Like, now! A daydream trance...
