I'm finding it average ,still loving the smell but effects are just mildly relaxing for me but there is a place in the day for that with me and I'll try others similarly priced before coming back to it but I probably would get again at some point.

I was just going to post here that I had this late last night and frankly had a mini whitey ,not sure if it was the accumulative effect at the end of a long day but it amused my wife

It is stronger than you think the goldberry.
When I first had it which was at the end of the night it helped me sleep.
So I just used it at nighttime really. I would get this again though.
Especially for the price at £6g

Mine's been in a jar for a few weeks now and I might just use it for the final hour or so of the day and it's always been my problem getting one for sleep for less than say £8.50/g so fingers crossed .
