If its been on Mamedica®'s formulary but is out of stock you can still request it from another pharmacy like Newgrove through where it is stocked .
But Mamedica will charge ten pound admin fee.

My understanding is Mamedica® will charge you £10 admin fee as they did me but Newgrove will reimburse that in your invoice ?
It was easy enough for me to request an outside pharmacy it's just between them they cocked it up .

i got a quick question if anyone can help...glad to see the price reduction on the pink kush...i put my repeat prescription in yesterday with Montu and have 20g pink kush on it ( not had a payment link yet ) on montu website the pink kush is still showing £100...when i do eventually get my payment link am i going to be expected to pay the £100 each or would the price be updated automatically to the lower price or would i have to contact them? i havent had this happen before and im only on my 3rd prescription...any help would be much appreciated thanks

Ideally, it should be lowered automatically - but it's certainly worth messaging them to ensure it's actioning before you receive your invoice.

Apologies to be the bearer of bad news, this information is incorrect. It's a mistake in the CB1 Medical app.

Therismos PIK is still £10/g unfortunately. Don't shoot the messenger - just glad we could double-check here quickly.
