Vapes Vapouriser tastes burnt

Hello everyone,

I’ve recently bought a Wolkenkraft FX Mini Ultra.
I’m using it with a Glass Bubbler and Dosing Capsules.

It seems to burn my herbs really quickly and I get a burnt taste after 1-2 minutes, with the herb being brown after I open the capsule.

Am I doing something wrong or not packing it correctly??

I’ve tried temps from 175-195 degrees (C)

Any help would be hugely appreciated!

Vaping does have a burnt taste at the end of the capsule I fill my capsule right to the top it tastes better
I also take the lid of the dosing capsules if you can do that with a glass bubbler

Thank you, will try packing tightly and taking the lid off - what temperature do you use??

I use the high temprerature on my plenty which is 200 degrees

I use about 180 without bubbler and 190 -195 with bubbler, but @JR52 is more experienced with vaping then me and seems to have it dialled in.

To be honest I don’t really like my vape I need to get a new one where I can use water

I’ve tried this tonight again; with my vape on 195, the top off the capsule and the capsule packed more.

It seems to taste burnt after 8-10 draws (5-10 seconds, slowly) on the vapouriser and when I open it up the colour is brown and it’s all crispy.

I also don’t feel as much of an effect as when I first used it.

Is this expected or am I maybe doing something wrong?? Is there an specific method or some kind of knack to it?

I had same problem with vaporising before sometimes good some not so good. I think it depends on how dry the weed is to how it melts. I found hotter was better with smaller vape using not so much. My friend gave me a dry herb vape and that was really good until it blocked up. Quite small looked like one those normal vape everybody used. I think they not expensive but they don't last.

It sounds like you're pretty much doing the same as me now .
The first few pulls tend to taste floral without vapor and then good vapor for a few more pulls so about 10 in all .
If you repeat this at 190 with another cap it may go further ,taste even better .
With a bubbler I found I can take a proper deep breath and fill my lungs and this when its best.
So lower the temp, the more taste and longer the cap lasts.
Higher the temp more effect but less draws .
You'll find your sweet spot is different with differing strains but you sound like your on the right path now.

You guys not tried the ready to go vape cartridges instead of flower?

OK and came in handy, taste ok too, got to make sure the battery for them is good and powerful because the liquid is thick.

I got some illegal ones a few months back but me and my mates were all coughing in them and didn't think much to them. Strawberry cough should have gave it away.

Was good in its day strawberry ,but I was pleasantly surprised with carts and some new ranges are due before too long I believe. The jack herer one I've got on order.

I could but I choose not to , for some it works really well , but also means you spend all your time picking strains ,personally like to keep it simple, less stress.

You can't beat a good bong . I remember when I first used a vapouriser and i didn't like the taste after the terpenes are vapourized, you do get that burntish taste once the terpenes are used up and inhaled with most vapourisers.
