I Know people love to bitch and moan about things, but I sent in a repeat request last night late, woke up to email to confirm - paid the fee around 1pm.

Shocked when IPS have just emailed me with a payment link.

See a few mention slow downs etc but I'm finding the opposite!

Same here with my last request, although a different clinic , when they get things right we got to speak up as well as bitching when stuff done sloppily .

I had seen loads of people saying slow downs and seen lots complaining of phone wait times, but I've always used email and always been flawless my side. Long may it continue ! for us all.

Pretty much similar story here ,ordered through portal and paid soon as requested and bingo, if there's any query the prescriber sometimes emails and clears it up instantly.

This is very interesting, didn't know this was an option to sign up from your own clinic ,then exercising your right to use which pharmacy you want you can redirect to Integro and secure the discounts that Grow Access Project offers. I feel this is not common knowledge and could save a few quid for some.

What happened to Integros Portal btw? I was told by the Dr in September is was getting rolled out in October.

Couldn't agree more on Seasonal depression front and I'll try to find out if there is any updates on the portal today at some point .

Heard nothing concrete in a while, Script Assist a few weeks ago made out it was coming shortly.

Is Integro seriously sticking to these prices? They seem too pricey now for a volume
clinic?

The Non Grow Access Project doesn't look competitive with other volume clinics fee's but the Grow Access Project scheme seems reasonable as you can achieve the Grow Access Project discounts too so would probably work out cheaper than say CB1 Medical or Mamedica® . be nice if the Grow Access Project fee's became the normal fee's for all and would it make it competitive I feel.

For sure more expensive with and without the Grow Access Project than comparative clinics. But the service and speed is unrivalled.
