🍴 The Food Thread: What's Being Munched?

Scottish morning rolls with Aldi's scottish honey ham, not going to lie, jelly in the ham is a wee childhood throwback that is not upsetting in the least. Smiths bacon fries for snackage, I love their scampi bites too but can imagine the 3/3 split multipack being quite divisive 😇

I do like a good munch, without any bud. But what annoyed me was the way eating seems to straighten you up, I know sugar is a big part plus the bodies own reactions to eating. However I found Kellogs Rice Krispies with oat milk fill the need to eat, but with minimum sugar. Happy munching 😁

And a bloody good homemade Nihari

Chicken Jalfrezi for us tonight, raided the staff shop prior to handing my notice in and Associated British Foods owns ALOT of brands so loaded the mother in laws boot up with all sorts from Patak's, Kingsmill, Blue Dragon, Capsicana and various other brands, everything less than 25p per item god I'm going to miss the staff shop! 🤣🤯

I actually thought I'd lost a bit of weight since being here ,but it seems I've not and am still 82kg that I've been for about 25 years .
Personally need to start eating a bit more regular as I have a rubbish appetite but was glad to see mash and meatballs last night .
Going to be a good boy now and get some shreddies.
😂 Since starting Chemo and getting MS, I've gained a winter layer of an extra 1½ stone
