Most people don't ingest they place under their tounge until it dissolved.

This may help but have you tried ingesting the oil? No matter how many times I try I can't get it to work under my tounge. When I ingest it it works much better just wash down with milk or mango smoothie

I mix mine with full fat milk it's a bit like edibles under the tounge doesn't work for me
