You can, but believe things not on their formulary need to be submitted separately by email requesting they can be prescribed, though I'm not entirely sure. They say it can take a while for a decision to prescribe to be made to prescribe anything not on their formulary - or at least previously did.

Don't believe so, as @GrownHealth said, CB1 typically stock Glass Pharms/EcoCann product - might just be in-between whatever their own purchasing cycles are. In general, it's worth considering joining a clinic where you can use any pharmacy, and aren't locked into one commercial formulary.
