It sounds as though you have perfected the art of making chai & bhang to deliver a gentle take off each morning.. I've got the Chai and the blue glasses unfortuantely not the Bhang, I was dreaming ... I like it made as a Bhang Lassi with fresh top leaves and flowers, straight off the plant, coconut milk, some jaggery too. The terpenes are all there and a little of the cannabinoids too despite the lowish temp and brewing time, when I grew It was my favourite "smoothie" before they became a thing
Home made chilli cheese rolls anyone? My mate who lives with me was hinting I haven't made any bread so thought I'd better do..
I also made a panang satay chicken curry yesterday so had some of that for lunch to warm me up

I’ve been trying to cut out coffee and trying out some new brews. Thanks @WakeyWakeyCC for the inspiration & for the excellent YouTube medical / wellbeing channel. Thought this would taste like pond water but it’s lovely and refreshing.. Marigold flower, ginger, lemon and honey.

Not food consumption but hot drinks.. day 2 of moving from coffee onto some bright new flavours to better complement the medical flowers and I’m enjoying these at the moment as a starting point

Does sound pretty tasty to be honest.. I've been enjoying cooking a load of Asian food.. I think cooking Thai food has kinda ruined me going to Thai restaurants though

I've just resorted back to my usual self and flung a Gregg's sausage roll in the Dreo Air Fryer for 13 mins 185 c/Waitrose Davidstow Cornish Chedder/McCoy's Cheese & Onion crsips. Unhealthy, I know. But, all this food and meds has given me 'The Munchies', man. pmsl
