I feel for you there mate, not being able to work, its taken me many years to accept this, part of the process mate, you will find some peace with yourself, it just takes a bit of time. I still get a bit wound up when I speak to ex work colleagues and mates and seeing there's loads of work available in what use to do, years of work and I've still got a bit to go before retiring, what will that be worth now.

I'm looking forward to receiving and trying out my new Extracts rig, I've not touched the Hash again since the day I received it, I'm saving it for the new rig now, with more hashes coming, it's the only upgrade I'll need. I couldn't justify £250-500 but there is some decent one's about at the higher end, new models too, come about. Most I've looked at the last few days (hundreds) most had the ceramic cups, temp control can be better with them but easily stained and become porous over time, not good. Time to relax for a bit more, not moved all day I'm blaming the weather 
Rice Krispies are just gamma irradiated ricicles. I always preferred ricicles myself.

ah the ruby twist should do the job! I'd recommend trying the Tempest 2 though, I didn't think it would be for me, but it's actually really flavourful.
My problem with vaping is my chest, soon as i take a good inhale that makes me cough the chest pain is unreal very stabby everytime i cough, ruby tends to make me cough the worst although its the more flavourful, can kinda deal with the venty but still same kinda thing whenever i take a good exhale i cough quite alot
I remember trying to smoke a joint in a coffee shop in Amsterdam and couldn't actually smoke the thing because it was so tickly. We also had some Mazar back in the day that was like that.
usually always run the venty around 185 and the ruby at about 280, hoping this water attachment really helps with the coughing for the venty
I've seen a couple of techniques that can be used to lessen the coughing, its slower more gentle inhalation, I have emphysema and find if I try to inhale everything at once that'll make me cough, not first time around moreso the 2nd go of the device, rushing to get it into my lungs, we all do it
. I know we are all different too, it might be heat related or the THC tickle which you think its your chest. Many things can make you cough, having the right cooling accessories, the right bong if using one, sometimes your mouth can be too near the heat source if having sensitive lungs.
