Peace Naturals® Wedding cake

For me it does the body and mind mega sleep, and features a fair bit of Linalool which calms anxiety

I am looking for the best for insomnia, but THC does not make me sleep, the opposite!
Right well that's is a tricky one and I understand your interest in CBD now which can act as a sedative but advice would be best coming someone with experience using it this way . Just to add some THC products will keep me awake whilst others quite the opposite but I'm sure your aware of this (y)

I'm signing up with CB1 Medical so hopefully they will have a solution. I have tried CBD oil before but the research says 150 ml needed for sleep!

Sounds like a good plan but I'd be reluctant to be paying for 150mg(probably mg) of CBD per day as that seems quite a lot and I'm sure with clinical guidance it will lead to a lot less as I'm sure 150mg is quite a lot but I could be mistaken and good luck with your application(y)

I had a lot of issue with THC and sleep. It really does vary by each person, I have friends who would smoke and go straight to bed, for me even really heavy Indica will keep me awake.

What works for me personally is using an Indica to get nice and relaxed but I stop smoking about 3/4 hours before I aim to go to sleep. I also start to dim the lights, turn the brightness on my TV down and basically force a relaxed state.I use quite a lot of CBD which is expensive but it does work for me if I feel anxious or irritated.
As I say everyone is different but i'm really sensitive to things like THC, lights and caffeine when it comes to sleeping. I never thought i'd be a normal sleeper but after spending about a year trying things out I got there and I have to say it's really worth it.

My advice would be try and find what works for you, there's a great book called Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker, if you don't want to read he was on Joe Rogan's Podcast and he discusses a lot of stuff that's in the book!
