Apologies, I've only just read this - quite honestly, we don't see the need given all posts here are immediate, with live updates/notifications etc. Anything posted here becomes publicly available, indexed by search engines/AI etc. and helps inform the wider public.

If we started directing patients to proprietary closed-wall messaging systems, there would be a lot of public information lost going forward. It unfortunately doesn't make sense for MedBud as a public information platform overall.
