yes that's right, its the 1st time in 12 months on MC i have had a pot/tub with no inner seal under the lid.

I will send a message to CB1 Medical to let them know

For the money it should be coming no problems and super sealed so the included gold bar dosent escape from the pots .

And, what really is dissapointing/frustrating is that no one will be ever be accountable for this simplistic communication breakdown error to provide new product/s info that should be readily available for us the MC patients! And to some extent even forced down our throats...

well it certainly wasn't making a very good seal when the postman delivered it

CB1 Medical were not aware of this new type of seal either as they've told me not to consume anymore of it as its potentially unsafe

I was very surprised as it arrived on easter Sunday, i tried it Sunday evening and Monday and then posted the pics here on Tuesday.

I didn't realise the lack of any seal was such a big issue until i posted the pics here on Tuesday, i was annoyed about the smell because i had heard of stories of postman making comments and meds getting stopped at sorting offices etc

I'm a pain patient but my anxiety really kicked in on Tuesday after contacting CB1 Medical and them talking about a CQC formal process ? and warning me not to consume anymore of it!!!
