Yes there never has been that feature on here but I always used the access@medbud.wiki to send stuff to in the past .

They never replied before lol

They still haven't replied by the way. I get they are busy but this was actually very important

I don't know what to say to you as I'm not involved in or read anything to do with this and have received no communications about it ,but I would imagine your email has been read and absorbed but honestly I couldn't say with certainty as I know my colleague has been hyper busy on many important issues .

I am confident the original issue will be getting looked at and addressed as was mentioned in the X post a while ago .

That wasn't what I sent them unfortunately in Facebook complete different issue. Hence why I've been asking for a reply.

I sure did but would still using my instincts say send it to the access@MedBud.wiki link as back up as I imagine it would be easier to find in the current mire of comms as I know its a big struggle keeping up across many platforms.

Yeah I get that, my issue started here moved over to FB. But there's no way of private messaging you to let you know too

I'm not even on facebook and detest social media for the negative issues it causes ,I have X simply for reposting info ,youtube for collecting reviews and this forum .
I like to keep it simple .
