Wow they are lovely. I am sure they are enjoying their new home like that.
Do they grow any larger?

Yes, they go up da pole (like a lap dancer) and develop ariel roots (still like a lap dancer). They like broken light, not direct midday sun. I'm East facing here, so not ideal for most tropical species. I have environmental difficulties sometimes in this flat. This 1 is the balck & gold one and is my fav from over 400 types...

You should get a job at kew! Your photos are always very good too and you reminded me to water my plant...

Kew Gardens is amazing! Especially, The Tropical House, where you'll find carnivorous plants that eat fly flesh. As a kid, I'd always drag Mum to take me to see 'em, where I'd trick the Venous Fly Trap to close its trap with a tiny touch! It still makes me giggle now at 51.

Haha I can imagine. I enjoyed the Japanese cherry blossom garden the last time I was there but It was that time of year.
We have botanical gardens in a few cities in Scotland bonus being that they are free. Not as good as Kew but then Kew was expensive (I went 10yrs ago £20 a person)

But, I also used to think of that fly, that poor unexpecting niaive fly definately 100% about to die an evil slow and gruesome death within the plants corrosive toxic digestive trap murder system! Like 'Silence of the Flies'..

I mean sure if you are going to choose a way to die everyone wants to die of old age.
I spent a good minute and still havent come to a decision about whether dieing in a fly trap or dieing to a spider would be worse?

I do have a random fly trap bit of knowledge. When they catch things and use that head to open and close a few times the head dies + needs to be replaced.
It cant feed all the time like a hungry hippo.
