All you should need from your previous clinic is the Discharge letter, everything else comes from your GP. Get your summary of care from your GP and apply to another clinic.

I added a new prescription to the one that was already accepted and was saving for a week, paid for both and received both in the same box. So you don't really need to cancel the firsts prescription.

At this price it's a no brainer and I don't mind a sativa as long as it's decent, could be an all day strain if it works as expected.
