I had a friend who also had issues previously registering etc. They were really helpful when he called them. Might be quicker and easier to do that when they're open. With dealing with them for my Wife they've always tried to help in anyway they could. Hope they get sorted..

I've got several colour variances of this grinder from Amazon. I love the size and build quality for the price and not as fiddly as some smaller grinders. My wife finds them easier also than the smaller grinders with her poor dexterity. Clean up well also.
