Ended up using a different phone in the end, logged into the app, and put my order in, so far been pretty straightforward should be delivered in a few days, the choice of flower and edibles was unbelievable more choice than the cannabis cafes in tenerife.

I had my 5min final appointment with the Doctor through Medicann on sunday, took less than 2 mins, he confirmed Id passed the MDT. He said the portal would be open to me after dinner today, for my first prescription, and to just press 'repeat request' which should give me the options. As yet...

Just to give you all an update, I set up a new account on my works phone with a different email address, which seemed to do the trick, just awaiting a response!

I've just noticed in delivery preferences it's showing as cb1. I did originally sign up to cb1 but haven't payed the £50 deposit for the first consultation yet, it says it will be automatically cancelled if I don't pay so how do I change it from cb1 now?

Yes it looks like the above it opens the app. I will try deleting the cb1 app, I didn't realise they would be connected in anyway, thanks for your help.
