I've decided to continue being caught between a rock and a hard place and I've waited way too long to get this sorted and seem to be in the process atm after a reply to the pharmacy email.
We will see how things pan out !
I totally understand, seems rather generalised and played down like you say.
I hope they can come good with a plan and a more personalised response would be appreciated but give the volume of numbers I'm left sceptical!

I've just sent the CB1 medical pharmacy an email apon figuring out how to access the status of my prescription on the app and it seem to be further on than I thought !
That email has seemed to reached its destination opposed to the @info one which seem to be offline or something 🤔
Aye there's always that aspect mate luckily my neighbours are used to the constant racket that emits from our busy household never mind hours of banging techno 😄

How fast can CB1 act to put there clients minds at ease is of upmost importance! To be honest I did feel rather uneasy apon finding this news out this afternoon!
