I hope so and CB1 is trying to help but I have a feeling Curo will blame the user and won't accept responsibility. They already came back with lots of questions and requesting more pictures etc. but we will see and will keep everyone updated once I hear back.

Just opened the new package and yes, they changed the cart to full ceramic which is great to see BUT unfortunately the cart is leaking through the air holes in the base and I have not even used it yet :( Filled in the long product quality concern form via CB1 again and hopefully I will at least...

As others mentioned before, it has a weird smell and taste but the worst thing for me is that it is another leaking cart after I barely used it and £69 wasted. Sundaze now requested the cart back and will update the outcome once I heard back again.

Leaking cart and still waiting to here back from Curo but would NOT recommend this one
