A positive to report. Over the last couple of days CB1 have resolved the teething issue I had with the platform, my first order has been shipped and Royal Mail have messaged me to say it'll be delivered tomorrow morning. It's not been a perfect process, but I have no complaints.

I highly suspect they are. Businesses pay a fortune for effective market research, and its here for free. They'd be almost foolish not to, not only to monitor their own patient perception, but also to see what their competitors are doing.
