Hey hun. Yes the sleep.. im the same as you. I usualy average between 3 and 4 with the odd day every few months I knock out for 8 hours one night then back to the 3 or 4 hours. The sleep I have had is down to severe stress and depression. Which I'm still in but on the better end of the barrel...
