As a clinic they don't mind at all but the process can be a pain. The portal you make requests on will only show Montu stock. So if you're requesting an OOS product or a product they don't stock you'll have to ping them an email instead. I recommend emailing your script in a day or two...

Yeah, theres a few more, they'll send it anywhere you request, but it'll be sent via montu. So your script always goes to the default pharmacy and then they send that on to the chosen Pharmacy which can add a few days to things but that's the only downside.

I know that issue! It's because you have another script assist app installed. If you delete it you'll be able to submit, typical script assist bullshit to be honest.

This is honestly very odd in comparison to how things have gone for me and others. I wish I had some helpful advice for you mate but unfortunately I'm as confused as you are. No ability to book appts via the app after your info has been submitted and approved?
