Vapes All Star (Vapvana) Vs Thermal Twist

Hello everyone,

I hope you've all had a lovely weekend.

I have the option of obtaining either a Thermal Twist or the All Star ball vape kit for free from a relative as a little birthday gift.

I get the Thermal isn't a true ball vape but I've heard it hits just as hard and in general is a bit of a simpler set up. For me this is appealing because it will sit on my desk and/or my living room side table. - but to be honest the Thermal sounds a bit like the TM2 with a T.Bowl and that's what I currently use on the daily.

I'm not overly familiar with Vapvana's quality but I have heard bad things about their owners reputation towards customers.

There's not many reviews on it that seem trustworthy and I'm generally unsure on it.

They're happy to pay £170, which ever so slightly rules out the ruby twist and they don't want anyone else to contribute towards it.

I'm leaning towards the Thermal Twist because I can always add the ruby down the line for a true ball vape experience but there's no reason I also can't do that in reverse.

Anyone who's had experience with both would be a god send right now.

Long story short it's an old relative who I've not heard from for a while who's trying to do something expensive for my birthday but they're a bit anal about it not being split, etc.

I'm considering telling them to get the Thermal Twist and then refunding it for the ruby lol.

That's a good idea.

My Mrs has said she might try and order it for them and then just upgrade if herself.

I have heard some interesting things about the thermal but I already use a TM2 with T.Bowl and I don't want a desktop version of that.

Do you know what's up with the VapVana stuff? I don't see much talk around about them for some reason.

I just watched him compare the screwball (which is apparently almost the same thing as the All Star) and the thermal and love them both.

I'm tempted to get the Thermal and then grab a Ruby myself just to have the variance.

I'm very jealous of your new toys. Have they arrived yet?

That's what I'm kinda thinking my man. I don't even know why I'm debating which is better on a gift when both of them appear to deliver.

It doesn't look like there's much feedback from our community on the thermal as well, I'm up for donating my birthday to be the test chimp .

Smacksalad had me desperate for a WOHW, it's just a beautiful bit of kit isn't it.

I'm shit at waiting for stuff but you're going to be in love with the table top when it comes. Which one did you go for?

I don't actually think there's a better combination of glass and power.

I very rarely treat myself like this too often and let me tell you, I feel like I'm 8 yrs old waiting for the sound of reindeer on the roof ! I cannot wait ! And what more, I'm so exited to be more up to date with the latest kit which will last me a lifetime/longtime and especially to be able to medicated properly with y'all !
