YouTube Are Patients who Need High THC "Psudo Recreational Users"?

Wow ,how well did @Cannabis is Medicine put across a patients perspective in this .
The reality and stigma's of being a patient against the ideology of how it should be done (tickbox culture)
Some tripe coming from Barnes at first glance especially about changing strains and this being a recreational thing 😡 I personally have to do this as a strains terpene profile effects reduce over the month as my body gets used to it and I have to alternate months with meds I regularly use ,add this to products constantly coming and going out of stock .the longest a product will work for me without a break is about 4-5 weeks .
There are a lot of points raised here that just seem an unwarrented step backwards to myself .

Now it's pointed out
I see this everytime I go on my clinics formulary and when I tried to explain it to a family member they asked why would they do that to which I replied they would tactically not put products of other suppliers on their formulary to make sure their products shifts to which they replied that if they owned a shop they'd do the same ,but then I explained this is medicine and not commerce and some patients can't get the appropiate medication because of this as alternative options may not be as effective or cost effecient and often patients have pay a hell of a lot of money only to not get the relevant medicine they need or the needed amount.
This causes compromises in choice.
