I recently purchased a glass Big Box (Mega Cube Style) Bubbler and broke it within a few days - I contacted Matt (matt@recvapes.co.uk), and after explaining how I managed somehow to cause a hole to appear in the bottom (the unit is heavy and an uneven surface can cause failure) he is sending me a replacement. Wow - what great service.
I am thinking about a Ruby Twist for my next purchase, but don't tell the wife!

Great to see he sorted your problem for you and that is a brilliant result after a mishap and as regards the Ruby Twist it certainly is effective and a different level to other vape devices I've used before .
