On a serious note the above logic seems correct and as for name I would not even try and rename it, just refer to as unknown/unnamed strain and list parents. Contact growers/distro and let them come up with an original name?

Starting to get a bit funky with multiple same name medication's and I've got to double and treble check sometimes and when patients start receiving meds they didn't want it could become a big big issue.

Increasingly #MedicalCannabis flower launched is being renamed from its original cultivar/strain.We have to keep the renamed versions most prominent, because writing the real name on a script would cause it to bounce - and in many cases official abbreviations are already required.Our full medication listings already highlight original strain names as chosen by the breeder, with 'aka' for any UK renaming/rebranding.We've tested some further changes tonight to better highlight original cultivar names on the main flower table too, but frankly - it's too overcrowded already. We'll try come up with a better solution for this in the long-run. The industry needs to recognise that to most patients, the original cultivar name is what's most important to identify the medication.
