Welcome @smudge29 and the problem here is on Montu's list you can only order what is available from their pharmacy stock and many will come back into stock soon I reckon as they replenish stock from distributers which is the stock we quote on this site .
you can also take your prescription to a different dispensary right? I am not 100% sure
You can do this as is your right but you need to check the product is in stock at the pharmacy where you are directing your prescription but if it is something that is out of stock on their list they should have no problem sending your prescription elsewhere if you instruct them to do this
I've personally never used Montu but I reckon you will have to ring them to make the request to use an outside pharmacy and let them know the product/s and Pharmacy you would like to use but check they are in stock with the outside pharmacy first or this will just result in delays with the prescription needing rewriting .
it does get easier, but yes the cheaper volume clinics want everyone to buy from their own pharmacy, which tbf to Montu is normally a good well stocked range, but this past 2 weeks+ its been very bad there. I've seen complaints on a discord about Alternaleafs service levels too. Hopefully they fix this soon.
