Update - Shockingly I discovered that transit time twixt a Canadian grower and branded tub at the Pharmacy in UK can be six months. Yup 6 months. Looonger is not unusual.

UK grown would shorten transit times, but the dafties use a cranky dry cure process from Venus ... no logic or science in it. imho ofc. More UK growers please! Export it!

It can be worse than that and some is bought at wholesale in Canada once it is 6 months old as the prices are cheaper

We've actually seen some Canadian producers/Brands make an effort to get things here sooner and some are a lot quicker I'd say ,especially if they are the producer it makes it more streamlined as it would of been grown specifically for this market.
