Mediation between Vitura Health and its CanView technology provider, Code4Cannabis (C4C), has failed, leaving the two companies facing the prospect of further legal action.
The mediator told Queensland Supreme Court that “the parties have not resolved their dispute” after being instructed by Justice Kelly back in April to seek a settlement.
Vitura Health chairman Robert Iervasi said last month that the company anticipated “working with the current provider to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome that maintains business continuity”.
In a legal stoush that is now into its seventh month, C4C alleges that CanView breached the terms of a 2022 services agreement after accusing it of “infringing or circumventing Code4Cannabis’ rights in relation to the software”.
