My highly medicated mind thought it might be a kl idea to celebrate patients joining dates (Yearly Anniversaries) so for instance you would get a notification saying "Tomorrow will be User123's Birthday" relating to a year since they joined and so on... let me know if I'm losing the plot I'll take it
