I got a packet of these last week. They are really mild, but work as a nice baseline for my flower vape.

I’ve taken one a few hours before bed and I’ve been getting a really nice sleep

Subtle akin to about 1mg diazepam , muscle relax , clearhead on its own . Mixed with flower its more effective ,

As kwijibo said , a good base to add flower to , These and a hash rosin vape i think would pair well for pain and stiffness

I took half of one of these little gummies at around 3pm today, bare in mind I have no tolerance and am completely new to Cannabis. I let it melt under the tongue followed by a glass of full fat milk. I'm super relaxed, chilled, no anxiety at all and I'm still able to get stuff done around the house Love them!

I have had a bad migraine flare up since thur, Got these sat and took stifness away but migraine persisted , woke today still bad migraine so left gummie took migraine meds that didn`t work then took 2 of these 40mg THC 40mg CBD all in and its took away headache and alot of stiffness.

I can now consume my flower for appetite for energy so a happier day than it started
