UPDATE

Finally heard back from the quality assurance department RE a small amount of bud rot in one of the nugs towards the end of the bag.

I replied with words to the effect of "what the fuck". Attached is the email I received from QA with the response from the Curo growers.

Disappointing from the producer and like you said a cop out and a denial and personally having recently opened a bag of this all stuck together like one bud and pretty moist with a boveda chucked in for good measure I think I know what the cause of the problem is .
Disappointing that this is the usual result for patients and some sort of solution needs to be found instead of the producer showing no interest in finding out if they have the problem and just looking to attribute blame elsewhere .
