Early preview build of MedBuds new stock system

An early preview build of our new stock system, planned to automatically update availability at individual pharmacies every 15 minutes (wherever possible). We right now expect to be able to display live information from at least 7-8 different pharmacies

There's an awful lot of little technical hurdles, but nothing I can't work through - I've built a lot of 'data scrapers' over the years. We should end up being able to make a single unified formulary for the entire industry, and ensure the rest of the industry has an always-up-to-date copy too
