Final Tweaks Before Initial BETA Launch

It's been a long day, I've patched up several bits today:

• Split news into UK/Ireland and international, with new country icon prefixes for easy visual filtering.
• Continued overhauling text styling, with thread titles changed to black/white (dependent on theme) instead of green.
• Tweaks to date/time formatting across the site.
• New dedicated 'Industry News' banners for automated news accounts.
• Final styling tweaks/patches to our footer on mobile.

There's an awful lot more to come in general, from basics like forum rules, to fully populating our forum sections - all will come over time. Shortly we'll add the new 'Community' tab to the main website, and also email our current 1,500+ members to come take a look here and get involved.
