Hi, I hope this question is in the right place.

my 1st delivery has arrived today and I see allot of people like to store their flower in glass kilner jars.
But is it also ok to keep it in the plastic container it was delivered in ? It has a boveda packet in with it.

Absolutely it's ok to keep it in the provided pot and I do this myself from time to time and it's more a case of trial and error to see what suits you but in general a jar does bring out that little extra if you ask me .
Also It is literally up to you but if travelling with it the pots have the printed labels on and it would be much more advisable to carry these outdoors.

I keep most flowers in the original packaging with a boveda - then I have 4 - 6 of those kilner/mason jars to store my repeat favourites

If I travel (as in, leave the house) I always take flower which is in the original container in case I need to show it's a prescribed mediction (and not just a bit of green in my pocket)

i have some uv jars and depending on how it turns up, and to be honest i feel not many turn up "useable" out the bag, i usually put everything into a jar for a few days prior to using

i then transfer half back to bag with a boveda to use daily
and half in jar for a later date

i am gonna be trying it different this month and im goin to try to use one strain at a time

do these come with the replaceable seals? or is it a reuseable one

You can see the seal on the 3rd picture, it's pretty cheap, I don't even know what is it made of, but the whole jar just works, I don't have any smell leakig even from the smelliest bud if I make sure the seal is positioned well and the lid is closed tight enough.

I might look for some custom replacement seals, that's the weakest part of the whole thing. But still considering it a good deal, these jars can be damn expensive

And they store 10g very well, no wasted space, but not crammed with a boveda.

ive got some others and keep buying the seals on alliexpress but i want something with the uv but feel a tight clip lid with a rubber seal may work better

I don't mind spending either as to be honest, investment for something I'll use every day will be worth it

My issue with these jars is that they don't seem to be fully air tight as there's no seal..

Aye there's loads that say air tight and they are, if you buy the replacement seals

They send like 2 or 3 and then you have to buy more but I'm thinking of returning to jars with flip lid plastic seals as these seem to work the best to be honest

Its a mine field when it comes to looking for a decent ish product. I've got smaller jars with the flip lids but they're not large enough for what i'm looking for and the merchants i bought them from don't do the 180-200ml max.
