Follow-Up: Patient Information Validation Delay

Hello MedBud Support,

I am writing to follow up on a patient information validation that has been pending for over a month.

All required documents were submitted from my clinic. To date, the status has not been updated.

I also attempted to contact you via the "Contact Us" forum button but have not yet received a response.

Could you please advise on the status of this verification and let me know the most efficient way to resolve this? Thank you for your assistance.

Welcome @master G and apologies as the problem is at our end and not yours as my colleague has not been available to do this just recently and I currently don't have access to the emails/comms but the plan is as soon as possible we are both going to clear the backlog of validations and this is of utmost importance rest assured 🙏
