Hi all. I’m Nick, 45 old fella living in the West Midlands. Been smoking since my mid 20’s so a long old time but have just been on prescription for the last month just about to order my second prescription with Mamedica® and pretty happy so far. Welcome @Milk999 all I can say is try to stay clear of Sativa's as they will or can exacerbate anxiety. I'm not with Mamedica so can't really comment on a particular strain for you but having some Indica will probably help with your anxiety

Welcome Nick and nice to see your settling in on Medical Canna and many of us here have smoked canna for many years and have finally taken the legal route for various reasons and I use MC to help keep anxiety in check and one I would suggest that works for me is 4C Labs Jokerz and this works for me but I find it not overly sedating but that is me ,one that is more sedating is Pave S1 which is available on Mamedica® and is one the strains many rely on for sleep and relaxation .

Hi mate I think the pave s1 is the best on medical I think it's really good also Georgia pie and atomic sour grapefruit are good as well.
