The combination of Integro and IPS is considered pretty reliable in general, as all scripts are physically moved to the pharmacy each day. You can sometimes receive next-day delivery right after a consultation.

I’m contemplating moving to this setup from mamedica. I’m on the access scheme so have 0 to pay to mamedica for life so it’s the extra cost of switching that’s putting me off.

If you can get on the grow access thing with Integro, the initial consult is free. Talk to the doc and see what they say before you make a decision?
