How Do We Advance Medical Cannabis? A Call to Arms

Educate to Elevate: The key to changing the politics around medical cannabis lies in transforming the culture, and the cornerstone of cultural change is education.

The Shocking Truth: Did you know that 50% of the UK public and even 30% of the police force are unaware that medical cannabis has been legal since 2018? This staggering ignorance is our biggest hurdle.

So, What's Our Plan?

  1. Self-Education: Start with you. Dive into books, listen to podcasts, scroll through social media, or explore MedBud Wiki. Knowledge is power.
  2. Spread the Word: Discuss medical cannabis with everyone – friends, family, colleagues. Every conversation is an opportunity for education.
  3. Visibility Matters: Wear cannabis-themed apparel. Let your attire spark curiosity and conversation.
  4. Challenge the Opposition: Equipped with facts, engage with prohibitionists. Use AI tools like Chat GPT to craft informed responses to their arguments.
  5. Join the Community: Get active on the MedBud Wiki forums. Share, learn, and grow with others who care.
  6. Social Media Advocacy: Post about your journey, share facts, and encourage others to join the MedBud forums at https://forums.medbud.wiki/.
  7. Not a Writer? No Problem: Jot down your thoughts, use AI to polish them, and share your polished insights on social media or forums.
  8. Stay Updated: Subscribe to our free weekly newsletter, BudMed, for the latest in medical cannabis education.

Remember: No superheroes are coming to our rescue. It's up to us. Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can.

Let's not wait for change. Let's be the change. Join the movement now!

@Marc Landers , had a friend pop round today who's a stage four lung cancer patient,a dear friend an ex colleague of mine, just retired before he was dignosed. He's had various treatments and by coincidence was On the way to the christies he's signed up to your Twitter and after reading some of the NIH studies you exhibited about CBD and cancer cells becoming apoptic. I then researched further to a study more relevant and found two, after looking at them my friend has now gone to his specialist to seek further advice about it, but also armed with know-how to research himself to find the best path forward. This thread is already doing good.👍
Thanks
GrownHealth.

P.S. I emphasised about the delicacy of dosage and the different results changing from say 0.7 to 1.4 so needs further looking at by himself and family.

I hope he finds something that helps. We had a patient example who successfully treated stage 4 breast cancer with cannabis, in our last newsletter. But that's a different cancer and different patient.

This is one of the things that drives me. It's so infuriating, to think that with all the advances in technology and medicine in the 21st century, we're still banning a plant. Madness. How many millions are suffering and dying because of this dark age mentality?

Also crazy the amount of people who have used and still use cannabis that have severe/terminal diseases that are just not aware of these studies ,but like you mention its important to get these people to read it for themselves, even hope can help in these circumstances.
