This video from JakStartsFresh is a good discussion type video opening thinking on various issues surrounding patient issues ,as for walk in dispensary's and such these are the norm in more advanced (MC speaking) countries than our own, the quality control aspect would involve you seeing the actual medication etc, I also believe that meds packed in the new 3.5gram bags in the UK would have less quality concerns as they would see quite clearly any contamination or foreign objects that may be not picked up when packing in higher volumes abroad.
