You should consult a solicitor. Quote the equality act 2010 and service provider access for disabled aids. Write to the company and state what the discriminatory act was and what you want aka an apology or money. These are the pre court steps as an individual i think. You may find most solicitors say no or become hostile about "weed" personally i think they are all sadists.

I would represent myself and ask for 5k and an apology and state i should of been given reasonable adjustment and a safearea to vape. That is if you folllwed the rules. Vaping, properly labbeled tub etc.

Where is the protection and the T-21 NHS and private companies working together did you forget about your clients and your patience?

Where do we go for legal?

The hey security threatening me plus threatening to take my prescription off for me which is an illegal thing to do with someone with a medication, especially cannabis medication not even the police are allowed to touch it here’s the video and yes, I do get out of my pram and throw my toys over the place but I’m doing it lawfully and I’m telling them but they are telling me that the Lord does not exist. This is once again incompetency from the NHS and then more on stuff. Moron is from the Welsh Don have a look.

This is the security guard telling me I can’t smoke it outside the hospital where is the place where I’m supposed to vape or smoke because it was changed because it needed extra allowances because there was no place to vape my medication so the sister the drugs worker don’t ask me why I need to see one of those because I didn’t my prescription provider said under extreme circumstances I was rolling up as consum it that way and if any problems they would sort it out but no once again it didn’t happen the black blokes the Social Security officer and the other bloke with ginger has got mental illness assaulting women and various other things around the hospital but they do not wanna know anything about it him him and his father terrorising people around the hospital, but that’s okay. They can sleep in the bushes.

Vaping and smoking is banned on hospital sites. It’s the method not the prescription the staff seem concerned about? From reading other people experiences hospitals do accept the use of cannabis being vaped in certain circumstances, some hospitals even offer a separate isolated room to vape. However it’s unreasonable to think every hospital be able to provide this and the reality is the NHS is already stretched enough.
As a cannabis patient prejudice unfortunately this is not uncommon but I really do believe that this is a lack of awareness and understanding.
I don’t think the security guard was that bothered he was just doing his job, he is just following the instructions he has been given by the hospital staff and that seems to be to asked you to not smoke or vape in the hospital entrance.
Maybe writing a letter to the hospital to explain why you feel that your rights where not recognised and what provisions are in place for yourself and others patients in regards to using medical cannabis products on site.

My experience is if I explain respectfully then people are more willing to listen. You catch more flies with honey as they say.
