@Muiredach The larger bowl size of the Volcano and Crafty might suit you. And the Crafty can be gotten cheaper. It's actually why I didn't get it. But everything has a target market.

Yeah I love the bowl size of the volcano. I usually stick with 0.25-0.3g a bowl but love a 0.5g test bowl from each tub that arrives

Nice one Storz and Bickel dont make any old crap. The bags huge so the potential is huge. Plus imagine it with concentrates. I would buy one as well but i dont like the bag system imo but they seem to always get a good review and last a long time too.

I got the Hybrid, and that comes with a tube as well as the balloons. I still haven't gotten the balloons out the box; not sure if I even will

Still waiting a while before posting a review back here...

So I've had the Volcano Hybrid over a month now, and finally feel I'm able to give a review!

TL;DR - if you are able to, I think you should get one


I've exclusively used the whip attachment, not the balloons (honestly now the whip is available with the Hybrid model the balloons seem absolutely wild to me) and I love it.

I haven't used any of the magical programs using web browser controlling over bluetooth other than a quick look when I got it. It's so easy to just adjust the temp by hand as needed I haven't felt any need to use this setting - this is probably more relevant for balloon use though

it's very quickly assumed the role of my realiable indoor machine, no problems with it whatsoever. I use my prior Mighty + purely as a portable now for when out of the house

Pros
- Heat's up nice and quick
- Cooler vapour than my Mighty +
- Very easy to clean (apart from the whip, see below)
- Love the option of using either the S&B bullets, or loading up a bigger chamber and getting tonnes of vapour / using it across more of the day
- I believe it enhances the effect of the medicine as it's easy to get a long slow draw going on it, so you are carrying the vapour to more lung surface area
- I've noticed my lung capacity, and ability to breath through my nose exclusively during walking / exercise improve since using it due to the point above
- Since it's mains powered, don't have to sodding recharge the sodding thing all the sodding recharging sodding time

Cons
- Whip is a bit of a pain to clean, though to be fair it doesn't get snotted up anywhere near as quick as the Mighty +, so can probably be done every few weeks instead of every week or more
- Takes up a bit of space, but having gone for the silver one I really like how it looks so don't mind this too much


As you can probably tell, I tried to do some cons to be balanced, but they don't really bother me.

Overall I'm really really happy with it and, given the S&B reputation as a manufacturer, expect to get many long years of use out of it
