Total costs can also be a lot lower, esp for more recent cannabis adopters who start with microdosing (especially some of the serious microdosing). Their consumption can be very low in grams.

Doesn't make it any easier, cos many being new means it's not budgeted for before then, not optional cos of need and so impacts can still be hard.

I worry that having such a high low-end option scares away people who could benefit

With easy access to all low cost medicines and I on my own would be 1 , but over the last 12 months it's the 2 bracket.

I work full time with the average salary. Costs are high in my opinion. I need Sativa Hybrid strains on my prescription but finding a good option at the lower end of the market (£5-6g) is proving difficult. The most effective I have had so far was £8.50g which I simply cannot afford all the time. Overall its a better experience than the illicit market but it costs lol

Do any pharmacy reps visit the forums? Is it worth having a feedback thread?

2 here also. Can find cheaper on black market but consistency is not there.

My theory is med will get much cheaper as the market gets bigger and more saturated. Should be extremely easy to produce at scale with minimal additional cost once and everything is setup and established and route to market is very clear. The more people that sign up to medical the quicker this will happen. Companies will see the money in the market and start investing even more.
Smaller piece of a bigger pie is beneficial to everyone.

Damn I'm 8k plus and been using same clinic for two years. Doesn't help that there are so few options that aren't irradited/recreational market leftovers from overseas. Ironic given the allegations about the size of UK cannabis production and export.

Welcome to the forum @MigraineMan , and it soon adds up to unjustifiable amounts and trying to find ways to cut costs has been hard and as a household with two patients now here i feel common sense regards NHS, pricing and GYO for patients has to have some give in it somewhere along the line soon.
