Tried obtaining the Green Karat pave s1 and the Aurora® cosmic cream as they say they are available but clinician says they’re not available and I need to choose something else what’s going on there can anyone explain

I'd have thought the Pave S1 may take a day of 2 to show up on lists as it's just come back in stock after being out of stock for months, not too sure with the Cosmic cream, think it'll probably depend which pharmacy you'll be using.

Specials Pharma pharma I think. I’ll email and check again tomorrow to see if it’s available an might possibly have to wait til Monday if still no luck but fingers crossed
The issue here is Specials Pharma having up-to-date information, both these changes have just occurred and many companies haven't yet reflected. I'll drop them an email tomorrow and try ensure this is resolved

Clinics and pharmacies were only notified around 5:30pm today.
Came back into stock Tuesday after around two weeks out of stock.
Bluntly, that's a pretty snotty reply overall, both products are available - and clinics/pharmacies have been informed.
I can confirm both products were initially still marked out of stock on Specials Pharma formulary, the Pave S1 was updated last night, and the Cosmic Cream just now after I rang them to notify.
You should be able to go back to your clinician and ask them to check the formulary again, there's no reason we're aware of why any extra time would be required to process your script whatsoever. If they have any doubts they can email us: access@medbud.wiki - and I'll share direct proof from distributors of stock levels, and inform them of how to better stay updated on stock changes in general.
