Intros Messed up and having a bad day. Thoughts on a specific strain

I am woth Canna Clinic Cardiff and I messed up using their portal thinking I was looking at valid discounted products. I have a prescription waiting for me with Montu. Am I obligated to buy it? I am guessing I am. This is more than what I would usually pay with my old clinic.

I had my STAR therapy yesterday and had a big emotional breakthrough and I am quite emotional today.

I emailed Montu about whether I have to really buy this and she said all prescription questions have to go to the Canna Clinic, who I tried to call and ask but they said they are not able to answer any questions related to prescriptions on the phone. Amd since I am struggling a lot today with communication I doubt the email I sent Canna Clinic asking them will be clear.

Also, I saw a post in the UKMed sub on Reddit that made me cry. Just a young lady not being able to get MC. She went for the wrong clinic. I feel like I want to be able to help people navigate this journey or getting on it. Yet here I am struggling to do adulting.

If I have to buy it, and I do feel obligated, give me a positive, please!

It is easy to miss discounts, even if the discount is valid on the day you make the request it might have gone by the time the pharmacy is ready to dispense, and then they will just try and fufill the request with new stock at full price since it's the same item (if they have it, otherwise will just say they can't do it)
