Australia Montu Advertising Fight with TGA Adjourned Until May

Montu’s legal stoush with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has been adjourned for seven months following a hearing yesterday at Victoria’s Federal Court.

The parties will next be back in court on May 26, 2025 for a case management hearing.
