Hi all!
Just wanted to write this as a rant / call for help. I've joined Airmed clinic last year and can say I've had no issues until this month. I ordered my prescription (1 Aurora® cartridge, I did make a mistake and should have gotten more/different strains) on the 7th of January and its still not here and expected to come on Wednesday 21st. I have called In the past weeks and I was told it was delayed due to the weather, then on a call this morning I find out that some of the staff was on holiday for two weeks and that the order is being put in now and it first has to arrive from a different pharmacy. Essentially they took so long to fulfil my prescription that they ran out of stock. Is there a way I could complain about this? is there any avenue I could take where I get any sort of compensation?
TLDR: Clinic f-ed up my order and now I'm fuming and looking for some help and guidance
