Site Updates New Automatic Keyword Linking for Clinics, Pharmacies etc.

I've been working on automatically tagging and linking the names of companies to their listings. Eventually this system will also be used for tooltips to describe various acronyms like AVB, COA, CBG, MDT etc.

Right now the system is set to only replace the first mention of each keyword, as otherwise long posts repeating the name several times look like a wall of green links:

Far more to be added over time. We're unlikely to ever try link up medication names automatically (too complicated with different terms used), but will likely also link up medication brand names to their database listings too.

I've always used the forum in light mode ,but the last few day have used dark mode and these new additions look great against the dark background as well as being a very useful function.

Yes ,just never really give it a go except when on the phone but its stopped any headache's and looks miles more chilled out .
Also the new functions make my scruffy posts look better

During all the early development of MedBud I used light mode myself, but switched my default to dark about 18 months ago. Often think the dark mode is better developed and more visually cohesive at the point simply because I spend more time using it.

It definitely shows on the forum here where the light mode is least developed overall, something I'll try to patch-up in the long-run.

For the dark mode too I want to remove a lot of the neon green, and use colour more sparingly so content stands out more, mainly on forum lists, database tables etc.

Just to note there's still multiple brands and terpenes which require linking up correctly. I'll get around to adding more as soon as possible.
