Hi All, Joined MedBud last week but have been on here a while watching & listening. Apologies if this seems a little long winded.

I have a few questions as I have an "eligibility" call with Medicann in 10 days, already sent SAR. Does anyone with experience with Medicann know if this would be the consultation?

Been on antidepressants (AD) on two occasions, 1992 for about 18 months, then again 2012 for 3.5 years. Eventually came off of them due to them making me feel numb to everything/everyone around me, no joy. These were prescribed for depression/low mood caused by a trauma in my late teens. Also attended counselling x 2 (no record)
Only the 2012 prescription shows up on SAR. Do you think that I have the correct criteria to be prescribed? Just worried I will not be accepted.

I did reach out to CB1 Medical, however they have asked for evidence of my 1st lot of AD, however this isn't showing up on my SAR, that's why I thought sort help with Medicann.

Been using/self medicating, BM, since 2012, smoking, but have been using a vaporiser for the last 5 years, and it works wonders!

I'm sure you'll be fine as they will take in to account your experience of using BM to medicate I'd of thought but going back to others before you in a similar position they have had no problems being accepted by Medicann and basically you are just transferring your medical canna care to the legal route of accessing it

Hello bud welcome to the forums, hope you're well.

Your first call will be one of the ladies who will ask you some brief questions about your condition, previous treatments, prior use of cannabis, outline a couple things like needing a vape, not to consume infront of children etc.

That information is then passed onto Dr.Sunny who will give you a call a few days later at most to say welcome aboard, the formulary will open up in 24-48hrs, again outlining things like do not sell, share, smoke etc.

I just recently joined Medicann and yes your call should be the consultation as that is the way it went with me. I explained that I was experiencing a great deal of anxiety by having to purchase BM flower and that I would like to become a patient. After the call I had to wait a few hours until everything was updated so I could access the Medicann Formulary and make my first orders. It was quick and simple all the way to be honest. Had my call with Medicann on Tuesday morning, and had a prescription through later that evening. Really nice company to deal with, however I was anxious right up to the call, all seems really surreal.

Great stuff and it definitely feels surreal for a few months but the good thing is now the anxious part is done with so time to find the strains that work for you to enhance your health

Sunny called, had a quick chat. arranged med recs to be sent to the clinic. but even b4 that Sunny had provided access to all their products. pay b4 2pm to recieve nxt day delivery. delivery a deepsea diver. bosh. no set limit, just dnt take the pish lol there scottish dnt 4get!
